I picked this up thinking it might be another generic self-help book, but Mindful Mondays turned out to be something I didn’t know I needed. It’s structured around 52 short reflections—one for each week of the year—and each one feels like a gentle nudge toward clarity, balance, and purpose.

Christopher Masiello writes with warmth and honesty. He blends psychology, leadership wisdom, and personal experience in a way that’s super approachable.
